I build DNN sites since 2004 and I've bought few thousands dollars of modules because sometimes people did great job before you and I prefer encourage then trying to reinvent the wheel !
Some of the developers I would like to mention here are those I've really appreciate working with. Their modules have helped me build hundred sites and their collaboration have always been top nutch !
My favorite DNN partners:
I use Scott McCulloch modules from Ventrian since 2004, he offers for few bucks the most versatiles modules, usefull, complete and intuitive. I have been using his modules over a hundred times for sure, in particular Simple Gallery and News Articles... I really encourage you to subscribe and try thoses modules.
Bruce Casson has built the Wild Portfolio module, a magical module to display items when you don't need a shopping cart. Flexible, intuitive and what a support ! It's a need on your tool box.
Pengsten from BizModules, my chinese friend since DNN beginning. I would not be surprise if he told me I was on his first 10 clients and I'm still one of them. Pengsten work very well, his Ultra Video Gallery and Ultra Media Gallery are great tool that I strongly recommend.
I met recently a new developer in the community called
Morteza Kermani from MarkitModules. He's specialised in flash components, very nice modules that clients like very much.
Few other modules I would like to share are Form Master that is very intuitive and usefull, DSL Localisator for bilingual websites, Artisteer for skins and Appolo Software for bilingual HTML content.
Also a very special thank to my partner Francis who build all DNNMTL modules that you can use inhere. Hope this small listing can help you guys start working DNN or discover precious tools you did not know before !
