NEW Simple DNN registration module

Something DNN was missing since a while is now available.  I was little tired of this old DNN registration with all unrelevent questions and verification code that seems almost unique to DNN.

We just released our new DNN register module to make life easyer to users and ADMIN. 

Email will now become the username, so less possibilities to forget it as there will be no more "verification code" that is now replace just by a CLICK BACK to the site in the email verification.
